I would give negative stars if I could. I've lived in luxury high rises for 20 years, and I've never come across such problems with a management company before. I couldn't agree more with another review that stated "These people are crooks".
I was skeptical at first because of the bad review- but Gabriel was super helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us find a great spot in Miami
I was supposed to rent a condo through this real estate/management company. Tatiana Cueva had me wire her a deposit. When my application was never processed she refused to return my deposit even though the conditional lease agreement we signed stated they would. Please think twice before trusting this company or Tatiana
If I could give them zero stars I would. These people are crooks and don’t respect perspective tenants. If you want to be ripped off, this is the perfect reality group for you!
I'm a tenant at one of their properties. It's impossible to get them to fix things in a timely manner. They only contact you when it involves them getting paid. Also the company they hire to do a/c and refrigeration repairs are extremely rude. Bad energy and bad cosmic flow.
