Every single thing about our experience. The day we brought it home my husband spent hours fixing the rear end gear cover. Six months later we found out that the engine was failing. The entire past two years having this truck has been nothing but heartache. The body is completely rusting out, leaks oil and coolant like it is nobody’s business and there isn’t a single thing they will, can, or have offered to do for us.
Great customer service, great vehicles. Everyone is so nice and they helped us have an enjoyable experience buying a car... I would give them 5 stars

Had my vehicle for a year n half , monthly payments went up $50.00 a month . When asked to switch due dates bc of job change after asking for 6 months to change dates still wasn’t changed . When payments were due I would get called at 9:02 am & would receive many calls during the day. I had never missed a due date , NO reason to call while I was working knowing I always made my payments on time . I would also receive text messages if I would not answer my phone again while I was working . I highly DO NOT recommend J.D BYRIDE... read more
I recently purchased a vehicle here at JD Byrider... went in knowing my financial situation And what I could and couldn't afford... Christian Crawford was an excellent salesman very kind and professional... was very patient with me and helped me get into a vehicle I absolutely love... they work with you on making payments so I can stick to a budget which is a huge help to me.. I highly recommend Christian if you stop in for a vehicle.. and I would recommend purchasing a vehicle here...
