The finance company is a fraud. They don’t honor their agreements and they don’t care about their customers.
Worst company I've ever dealt with. Vehicle still under warranty wouldn't cover towing cost. Was told they would check with GM and call back never did and left us without an answer over the holiday weekend for 4 days. Finally was told they wouldn't tow it so we get it towed ourselves. Going in circles about whether they will cover the vehicle when there have been problems with it from day one. Went by J.D. Byrider today just to look, and Vince helped us get into a Toyota Corolla. Everyone was excellent and it was a fast and easy process.
they do not help u fix ur credit or help u get in any car they only deny u on a car they will waste ur time like they did too me n they ask too many personal question too
helpful staff. polite up to day progress on you're vehicle as it it being fixed or worked on. salesmen who are caring and helpful to what you need in a vehicle. and a great financial team to get you something you can afford that fits you're needs. our second time here and a fabulous experience
Thank you for not having time to sell me a car on Friday. from what I'm reading. no worries. I took my 8000.00 down payment and went to Joel confer Ford. they were more then happy to take my money. and I got a much better car then any of the junk on your lot. so thanks you did me a huge favor..
everyone I know including my wife that bought from there had nothing but ongoing problems. transmission, insurance claims from accidents that weren't fixed but still they got paid and the person paying for car their premiums still went up. customer service is trash. they change your payment schedule all the time. customer service secretaries are very disrespectful to some customers. I recommend you go somewhere else unless you want to experience these problems
