They lie my daughter got approved on line she went down there to sit for over a hour to find out she couldn’t get a car and they told her she would have a car and she didn’t have to have her insurance to find out she had to
Worst car dealership ever. First they lied about how much money we needed to put down, and then they told us the car ran fine and that only a small light comes on once in a while. within the first month we ended up putting in $2k into fixing the car. We never miss a car payment and yet every other week they call us to say our car declined. Not true. They've also started harassing us with text messages saying our car insurance is expired. I bought my car in November 2018. I was told they looked over the car. Put NEW brakes on. Since then, had to purchase a headlight, 4 new tires and front brakes!! NOW as I sit here for inspection, I need a catalytic converter $700 plus labor They want to do right by people and give them a good car because of having credit problems. They treated me very nice there. But, I do not understand how they think we can pay the over charged amount for the vehicle plus pay for all the repairs.
