Byrider State College did everything they could to get me in Car. My life was getting back on a different track and a car was the biggest boost. I did not have a big down payment and they honored what their website said. I am highly thankful and satisfied with their customer service!

You want so much money for these cars. My kid hasn’t even had her Jeep 2 months and it’s been in the shop twice. And both times it’s had to be overnight. The whole point of her buying a car was to be able to use it. It’s such a hassle to keep dealing with issue after issue after issue. Never again will a take any of my kids to JD for a car. It’s in the shop more then it is being able to drive.
I bought a truck at 86k and by 102k it’s unsafe to drive with a lag in acceleration. I purchase the $3,000+ warranty but no mechanics at their service department know how to fix it (Why sell a truck and warranty for a vehicle you can’t service?) I’ve had the truck for a little over a year and for the past four months or so it’s been undrivable. I had an awesome experience today I bought my car almost a year ago and last week warning lights came on call deb and she got me in right away fixed all my cars issues. Deb and her guys were great and worked fast to fix my car I would totally recommend coming to this Byrider
this is my second vehicle by them that i got very rude customer service trying to tell me that its not my business where my vehicle is being fixed excuse me for paying every month on a vehicle that is juck its the transmission i paid a little over a thousand to rent a vehicle until it gets done. This is my last time dealing with them they will not help but are so quick to take your money im pissed.
i got a 2012 chevy cruze with 170,000 miles on it. was paying $250 every two weeks was having problems with the motor it was really tapping called them several times they always said nothing was wrong with it finally i got sick of paying for a vehicle that wasnt running right told them to come get it the beginning of november they never decided to come get it till the middle of Feb i would never recommend anyone to them. they charge way to much for their vehicles they talk a good game tho till you sign the paper work and the... read more
