The service center is very helpful and I'm always treated as a valued customer. The loaner car program is a wonderful service. I'm grateful that Greg was able to give me a loaner car while mine was serviced so that I was able to get home and go to work. This place is a JOKE!!!!! The cars are faulty, overpriced, and unsafe. CNAC IS A TERRIBLE FINANCING COMPANY. I REGRET ever signing the contract and purchasing from this place. I had a great experience from tom letting me in 15min early all the way to the final signing of our paper work. Everyone was very kind asking if we needed anything and tom was awesome. It was a hard choice to think about trying to get a newer vehicle due to some past issues with credit but these guys made it happen and within the payment range i told them.
