RecommendedThis will be the second vehicle I’ve bought here! They treat their customers great! Everything runs smooth, much faster than other places I’ve been to. You show up, find a vehicle you like, apply, paperwork, then drive away with a nice car! Service department has been great in the past too!
My vehicle was repo on Saturday and it was written off 2 yrs ago by Jd ByRider own loan company. They don't want to fix anything that you ask them to fix.
vehicle has transmission issues less than 3 weeks from purchase. They act like its no big deal selling lemons UPDATE will be 1 month since I have my vehicle this monday. Will NOT take my calls. Mgr said he would call be back in one day. 5 days later STILL WAITING!!!!

5 STARS i give JD byrider 5 stars i will never go anywhere else they made sure everything was right and worked out i recommend JD byrider krista was the best she helped me out alot she's a Angel
The staff was friendly and really easy to work with! It was a two day process for me because I have very little wiggle room in my schedule but they were patient and done everything they could.
Friendly people, great service. They answer all your questions, dont push you into something you don't want, they work with your needs. They reference paper is a bit to much
When I bought my car Brandon seemed like a nice guy,but he only seemed interested that I was his third car that he sold that day. No as for the car the first two months it ran great then now it’s shutting off while I’m driving. Once on the interstate in Pittsburgh during rush hour!!! It won’t stay heated up. It’s been a disaster since I bought it. Very diasappointed😞
