my daughter has a car from here and it's nothing but problems! drop the car off for an oil change then a month later the call and said they never changed the oil. had to have three same repair done a few times and only had the car 6 months

RecommendedI would like to say the service department is awesome! Lacinda is amazing. She always has a bright smile and so welcoming when I come in. She bends over backwards to make sure all her customers get the best service. I have never experienced someone in the automotive business that cares so much about their customers. JD Byrider is so lucky to have Lacinda on the team. I don't know what I would do without her!!!
They screw you over, have awful service with the auto techs, and CNAC is a total joke.

After assuring us by phone they'd work with us and get us in a vehicle we went once and they said no but said next week after we brought them another paystub they'd be able to work with us. We went the next Saturday and declined us after stringing us along for 2 weeks. We went to Gold Key and they got us in a car in under 2 hours. Do not deal with Byrider.
Shoutout to their service department! They were friendly & fast to get my van right-just before the holidays 😁. Thank you thank you 🙏🏼
