Very pushy. Told me I needed 12 references. explained to them I didnt have 12 and how I just moved here. Refused to help me. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Save your time AND money and go somewhere else.Oh, and if you dont get a vehicle from them, they WILL harass you with text messages and phone calls.

Jared was very helpful with helping me get my car fixed. He worked with me about getting the things I needed done to my car. He was very reliable and trustworthy. He made sure everything was good to go. He is very top notch and a diamond in that company. I don't really like anyone else I've dealt with but him.

holy smokes where do I start! the lady Terry is absolutely annoying, she threatened me to take my truck every week. the truxk has been in their shop 3 times and they charged me 500 bucks and the problem is still not fixed! highly do not recommend going here!
Excellent customer service by the service department, once again. I have had a terrible time with the vehicle I purchased. It has had to go back to the shop several times just with in the first 90 days of purchase and Linda is absolutely the best! Byrider got a diamond with her and they best keep her!!!! She is fantastic.
Linda in the service dept is amazing ! So helpful and friendly ! She goes above and beyond every time I come in ! Best customer service around !
This place has the most disrespectful people and have zero customer service skills. Jennifer hart is rude and has asked me personal questions about my money and how much I have etc. she’s done nothing but be rude. I have talked to management and asked them not to have her contact me again and she still does and then had the nerve to ask me if I got a stimulus check. That’s rude!
