I have got a car there but when I was looking for one I was mocked for not having very much down on a car after I was told they would work with me.... My brother and sister in-law got a car there and when they are having problems with the car they don’t want to help them and is rude to them... If you are looking for nice people to work with you and with good cars go elsewhere....

worst place ever to buy a car. staff keeps hanging up on me, my original car was in an accident was totalled cause the car was only worth 4 grand they sold it to me for 11,000. then when they give me a replacement car its got bad breaks to where I cannot drive it at all. can't bring it to them cause they told me they replace the tags which never happened. in the middle of a pandemic they threatend me when I was only late on one payment in 9 months. do not buy from them. their cars are trash and start going to crap after a co... read more

Don't believe anything this place says. We have been trying to get them to change our payment dates for over a year. Everytime they claim it is done, it isn't. I went from being paid every other week to paid twice a month. We asked that they raise our payment slightly and change it to match my pay dates. We can never get a straight answer on whether it is done or they can't do it. It is making it impossible to budget because not only have they not changed it every time they say they have, but then they sometimes take two pay... read more

BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A FRANCHISE. I MOVED AND CANT GET MY CAR FIXED AT MY LOCAL JD. ALSO THEY DONT REFINANCE. UR PAYING A TON OF MONEY FOR AN OLD CAR. GET A USED CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. I repeat DO NOT ever get a car from this place, I have had it break down more times I could count and they do NOT care about anything but what’s going in their pocket! Everyone is behind in car payment due to this pandemic and they charged my card with out asking and left me not able to pay my rent. They said if I wanted my money back to bring the car back lol!!! Let me just say I was only 400 behind and planned on paying it next week! These people are HORRIBLE. I am taking my car back and going back to Weber’s never again! ... read more
