Moderately fast service. Willing to negotiate and work with you on a lot of things. Be aware they will call every one of your references to solicit additional sales. It says it as a disclaimer at the top of the reference sheet. We asked about it and they said they wouldn't do it, but still did it. Make sure to confirm that the heat and air work and all headlights and brake lights because ours did not. We have to take our vehicle back for service immediately after buying it.
