while the payment plan can sometimes take a toll the service warranty really makes up for it, they have saved me hundreds of dollars and they do quality work with quality parts. JD byrider has helped me to improve my credit score by more than 200 points.

I have bought three vehicles from them and every time I have a great experience. They’re service center has always been so helpful and affordable when ever I have needed there services.
I have purchased my 2008 Ford Edge just a little over a year ago from Byrider and had a great experience in purchasing, recently I’ve noticed my car having some other issues and they were able to get me in within about a week and fix the repairs in one day!

The sales person was awesome! When it came to getting an item fixed under warranty; not such a good experience. We were told on the phone that the exhaust was covered, come to find out it was not. We drove 2 hrs to get 3 things done; as I said one was “not” under warranty we waited 3-1/2 hrs for them to change the oil and make the power steering leak worse than it was! We were putting a bottle of fluid in it each time before we could leave the house. We finally got it fixed, but not by you guys; we got it fixed by someone he... read more
worst customer service. never again. treated like crap since the pandemic. high interest.
customer service was great, they put us into a overnight test drive of the vehicle, listen to all of our concerns. Craig was a great customer advocate and helped us all along the way. laurie double checked some paper work to ensure multiple signatures wouldnt be need for how we wanted the title to appear.
