RecommendedI purchased my 2017 Jeep Renegade from Byers and while I love it, I was extremely excited to trade it in for a 2019 upgrade! My salesman Gabe Lugo was awesome! My favorite part is how he walked me through the new dashboard screens because technology is Not my friend. He walked me through all the different features and how to transition from screen to screen. It may seem simple but again technology .. not my friend
RecommendedA sensor went out on my Jeep and I was so upset and didn’t have an appointment. The young lady that checked me in even offered to take me home! This was a Friday night and they called me that night and told me they had already ordered my part and would have my Jeep back to me on Tuesday. I was so worried and they calmed me down and told me to quit worrying! On Monday they called and had my Jeep done! They are amazing and the sweetest people ever! I will always be taking my Jeep here from now on!
RecommendedIf you are looking to purchase a vehicle go see Jerome Wilson (sales specialist). I can’t even say enough good things about him! He was so helpful throughout the whole process! And everything that he said that he would do for us he did!! He is a man of his word!

The Service Team never spoke to me in a way that they made me feel “stupid” for not knowing what they do about cars. They truly listened to my complaint and explanation and did not promise to do any services that they were not able to deliver. On my most recent visit, Tyler and Marcus were outstanding in helping me remedy the issue that needed corrected on my Jeep Cherokee. I was pleased that I chose them to help me with my vehicle.
RecommendedI took my car to Byers today after I had been having problems with the shifting. Their customer service was very professional and friendly. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time considering I also got an oil change and tire rotation! They even set me up with an Uber ride home so I didn’t have to sit at the dealership and wait. Great service!
