Had a couple poor customer service experience with this dealership’s service department. Due to COVID-19, I’ve lower my normal expectations when it comes responsiveness because I know most businesses are not operating at normal capacity. Yet something as simple as returning a phone call shouldn’t be too much to ask. I even warned the service advisor (after I drove to dealership because my messages weren’t being returned) that’s his failure to return phone messages was going to cause him to lose my business. Quick and friendly service
I bought a Chrysler Pacifica there a year ago. Buying the car was a good experience. It’s the service department that I was appalled with. I’m looking forward to finding a new service department. Your people are disrespectful, rude and do not care about it’s customers.
