Poor Service Dept Experience - Took my vehicle in for service and gave very specific info on the repairs needed. They evaluated and determined what should be done. I disagreed that their recommendation would correct the issues, but they were adamant. So I paid hundreds to repair per their recommendation. Two months later the exact same issues still need fixed. They were very helpful fast and friendly I purchased a vehicle and was back home in no time.
We had a pleasant at Byers Auto. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mark Mulholland was a very nice salesman. In fact we worked with him when we purchased our 200C so we asked for him again when purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Mark Zambito the financial rep was also very nice and helped us to get the best rates with our financing and explained everything clearly.
