Need to fix Saruh’s windshield because you said you would then backed out. Not cool!
They promised to fix my roommates windshield under her warranty and backed out and are now ignoring all calls concerning the issue.
It is not good customer service to tell someone that you will fix their windshield then decide you are not going to. You should replace Saruh's windshield.
