Just wanted to say I had a phenomenal experience at Byers Jeep! I had previously purchased my car from Ricart and had a terrible experience. Salesman was very pleasant and even appoligized for how rude we were treated by the finance jerk. He was one of the rudist, unhappiest persons I've ever encountered in a customer service job. Either everyone is totally unhappy with their jobs or just miserable in life. The finance guy was rude, nasty person. Do yourself a favor find a more pleasant dealership. Make it an enjoyable experience elsewhere.
