Came her twice this past week. Also with two kids. The first time was to get a diagnosis on what was wrong with my van. The second time was to get it fixed. The diagnosis took a lot longer than expected but I was ok with that. The guy made sure I had a very good understanding in what needed to be fixed. The next day when I came back for repairs i was told to expect to be here for roughly 4 hours.
