Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge were my trusted mechanics (and sales source) for over 20 years. I just recently moved from Ohio to Washington State and had an issue with my Jeep. I can't tell you how much I miss their 5 star service team; especially Treat Bellmore who never up charged for any service, told me exactly what NEEDED to be done and what I could wait on. He was honest and direct and I felt like I had a service manager and a company that truly cared for me. Highly recommended!
Customer service kind of rude when you call to get service. Can't remember the woman's name I think it's like Azmeretti who knows but won't be going back to this location.
Great friendly staff members was only there doing a recall replacement but they treated me like I was buying a new car.
I had a really great experience here, especially with my salesman, never thought I would drive out of here with my very first brand new car, praise God and it happened on Valentines Day, my love gift from God! GREAT COMPANY, BEST CAR LOT I'VE EVER BEEN TO!
