I purchased a dryer and iron stand, it arrived and it was damaged. I spoke with Megan and she offered to send a new stand. The stand that came was an upgrade with 4 places to hold styling tools versus 2. I reached out to Megan again as there was no return label for the damaged product. She made it very easy and the quality of the stand is outstanding and very durable. I would recommend this company and I commend Megan for her excellent customer service.

Ok so this is a retraction of my first review. I must say that Jason did an excellent job of rectifying the situation and went above abs beyond by even walking my installer through the installation process! As a business owner i know we all mess up at times, but how you handle it makes a world of difference!
