Very Poor Customer Service, I ordered the footsie spa which was far below professional standards and they are selling it as a professional product. It should not be used in a salon or at home. They make you pay for shipping. The Vice President was sarcastically rude. Finally, the 30 days no hassle return is a joke and completely not true as advertised by their website...Don't purchase any of their products online because if you are not satisfied you will pay dearly...Their response to my problem is POOR at their best. For the portable pedicure spa that you purchased from us, due to health code regulations, we are unable to accept returns on pedicure spas that have been used before, which seems to be the reason for the frustrating expiernce. I have had the best products and items form buy rite. All of my equipment was delivered ASAP and was shocked that they were there within 2-4 days around the holidays. Great customer service around!!!

Lyle and the people at Buy-Rite are awesome!! Lyle has helped me with multiple salon chair purchases. He has been so great to work with and the company is wonderful about helping anytime there is even the slightest problem. I have a huge salon and my purchases are big. It can be scary buying long distance. These guys have been so great that I no longer fear buying things sight unseen. I highly recommend them!!

I have ordered all of my salon equipment from Buy Rite and have had nothing but a great experience with their customer service and sales! Late last week I had a part on my hair washing sink break off. It was not due to the quality of the equipment but because of the water in my town. The water in my town has been under investigation due to complaints of many residents and businesses because people's appliances are being ruined due to how hard the water is. Not happy at all with my purchase of Pibbs 659 Capo Barber Chair I purchased over a year ago. Yes over a year, I say this because it's all shiny and new at first but the true test comes with use. I've gotten better results out of the 2 barber chairs I bought from Armstrong which I paid $500 more combined for the 2 than I did on the Pibbs chair. BuyRite sent parts that had foreign literature on the parts after the Pibbs 659 is supposed to be American Made. The chair tends to lean forward which may be a result of the rubber ga... read more

Told me I was ordering American.. came with Chinese notes in the box! I had to buy all new hardware for 4 sinks, and they STILL leak. All junk!!! Then half our chairs are going bad after 1 year of using them. One chair came ripped and nothing was done. Said I would have to pay for shipping to do something. Rip off.

I absolutely love the salon equipment I chose through Buy-Rite. I was extremely impressed with the high level of customer service during the ordering process. My sales representative Lyle was always quickly available to answer questions and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted for my salon studio. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
