Purchased two custom stations and a shampoo and color bar in January of 2017 I only have 1 part time hair dresser and the linoleum is peeling from every cabinet. I called them and they told me that it was reasonable wear and tear. They also told me to get it fixed myself. The policy is two year warranty and I spoke with Richard who pretty much told me they were not going to help me. I'm now going to have to report them to the better business bureau and take legal action. They should be closed down.

THE MAGNIFICENT LYLE COMES THROUGH AGAIN. After dealing with a scam artist (Superiorsalon dot com) stealing our money, we called our beloved Lyle to save the day, which he did. He found our dream faux-crocodile styling chairs and made our salon dreams come true. He truly cares about helping and making the customer happy, and meeting their needs. awful return policy , i paid $98 for a floor mat now i am gonna have refund for $68 ,because i am losing the shipping ,plus they deduct %20 for no reason and also i have to pay to USPS $32 for shipping too ,means i paid $98 for my order now i am gonna receive just $36,😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
Not happy with the "Custom made mobile styling station" I purchased once recieved did not have instructions to install a piece which hold dryer and irons no metal inserts ofor hot tools, no screws to attach wheels on station, and no screws to attach a side piece customer service has sent me all screws but still missing a metal incert for larger hole I have left 3 messages since I keep getting run around and No return call spoke to Richard about problem he said he would have someone call me but haven't heard from anyone it's ... read more
