Had an amazing experience purchasing equipment with this company! Lyle was our sales representative, he was patient and honest since I had a ton of questions! He helped us choose the equipment that was right for us! Everything arrived on time and in wonderful quality I highly recommend shopping here!
I ordered two shampoo backwash units a week ago. They came, and the ceramic bowls were damaged during shipment. Obviously by no fault of buy-rite. I called immediately, explained the problem, and without hesitation they made it right. I Texted pictures of the damage to Jill (who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond). Knock Your Socks Off Customer Service - Megan Lingo. This was my first time ordering from this company. They carried the Belvedere Hair Dryer and Wheel Cart I was searching for at a great price.
