Bought my chairs in May and 2 of the hydraulic bases do not work properly. Instead of replacing them I was asked to take a video of the chair being raised and lowered to prove that it doesn’t work. Considering these are under warranty they should be replaced immediately especially since they are under a year old. Would I buy from here again? NO

Their “high end stations” are made out of cheap laminate over particle board rather than real material. If you have your products shipped they all come damaged and chipped, if you don’t open your products for any reason and let them know within 48 hours they will not do anything to help because they can’t blame and charge the delivery company!! This company is a disgrace.

I placed my order on the 11th of February. I was told that my order would be put in that day and that it should be to me within 3-5 business days. Fast forward to the 15th, no order confirmation, no shipping date, nothing. I called and emailed and was told that they would be getting back to me. On the 18th I finally got an email back after calling again for probably the 8th time confirming my order and FINALLY on the 19th my order was actually put in. Fast forward to the 25th. I have purchased equipment for our salon for since 2015 and have always been very satisfied. A couple weeks ago I purchase a steamer and it was missing a part. I called customer service and was taken care right away. Jill Rodriguez was extremely helpful, very polite and my parts shipped out the next day. I love working with a company that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers.

Yes! On a scale of 1-10 this company is a 10!!! I ordered a chair and the very next day it was shipped out. It is made VERY WELL, sturdy and very comfortable!

So where do I start... I purchased 8 Salon Chairs from this Company and ever single one has torn in the same exact spot within 3 months of using them. Called my sales rep Jason and sent photos showing the tears on each chair. He sent me to another woman that told me they must of been torn or ripped because of wear and tear and she couldn’t do anything for me!Really... how can 8 chairs be torn in the exact same place? I recently purchased 2 salon sinks, one of the parts was damaged during shipping. Jill Rodriguez went out of her way to help me out. She handled everything and had a new part sent out right away. I highly recommend Buy-Rite, ask for Jill Rodriguez!
