Hi Sherry! We appreciate your feedback. Our staff looked at what little was remaining of the cakes that you returned, and we did not find them to be dry or flavorless at all. Our Mocha Cake is soaked in a coffee syrup, so for this cake to be dry is almost an impossibility. The Shadow Cake was also found to be moist and flavorful. Buttercooky has always been a favorite of mine! The pastries are delicious and the staff is always extremely friendly.
Beside the fact, that this bakery is operated by an amazing genuine family...the place is always extremely clean, and very customer friendly. It's a must to check this place out for yourself.
Buttercooky is the only bakery that brings me memories to the times I studied abroad in Florence. Great espresso and biscotti cookies to go along with it. Fruit tart cake is also delicious !
