Won't special order here again. Ever. Lesson learned. What you end up picking up on the day of your event is not what you were told you would get. The quality is very poor. The decorating is bad. And the price is not justified at all. It's very expensive. As a local resident I know I have much better options. The regular products are fine. Just not special orders.
I love the food but as they are now charging an additional fee if you use a credit card I will no longer go there. I will miss them but this is Long Island there are bakeries everywhere. I am buying their goods even if I don't have the cash to spend I should not be penalized for using my credit card. I am in there multiple times a month...will have to go somewhere else...
RecommendedI highly recommend this bakery for making my birthday cake since 2007. This year, I want my cake to be extra with macaroons (French-style, not the kind that is made of coconut), pocky sticks, some Ferrero Richer, some gold, and a sprinkle of love into my favorite cake, Vanilla with Cannoli and Chocolate Mousse. I love this bakery. I would give this bakery 10 stars.
Best Tres leches and Tiramisu. Can’t pass on these two.

The pastries and cheese cakes are Phenomenal! I highly recomend this amazing bakery!
First, it’s my bad, I was warned not to shop here but I gave them a chance. They tell me someone handed out my cake to someone else my mistake. The manager had no idea how to reverse the transaction and then when I asked for my money back they gave me an extra $10 for the inconvenience. That’s what pissed me off the most! How is $10 going to fix the obvious issues!???
