I placed an order for cupcakes and cake pops at the Manhasset location for my grandson’s first birthday. When I went to pick them up, they were not even aware of the order. They stalled and had us wait while they made them. This is unacceptable! To top it off the cupcakes were hard and stale. For what I could see reading other people’s reviews this happens often. This was a $85. order. You definitely lost a customer!
I had been a customer since 2009. the last two years have been a mix of frustration and disappointment with one ray of hope that was quickly extinguished today 12/30/21. In march 2019 I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes and a topper cake. all were dry and really inedible. september 2019 ordered a custom cake a week in advance for my daughters birthday party at 10:30 am. at 9:30 they cant find the cake or the order... Horrible. My apple pie for thanksgiving was all green mold inside. Cookies always stale. This bakery has gone downhill over the last few years as the prices have gone up. Go to the supermarket and you get better product. Add me to the list of customers that are fed and feel taken advantage of. Absolutely done!

This is my second BAD review in the last 10 months. Over a week ago I called to order a specialty cake for pick up on June 20th. When I placed the order they asked me "would you like to pay now or when you pick it up" I responded and said I will call before I pick up to pay in full since I will be sending someone else to pick up the cake.
