Asked for lemon flavored cake and cake was DYED yellow and reeked of toxic like fumes a day later. The cake construction was poor and unfinished. Cake was clearly completed at the last minute, eventhough it was ordered months in advance. Seams not finished. parts were unrealistic because there was no attention paid to simple details. Poor, poor customer service. Took 3 months just to speak with someone to get a cake order submitted. Even the "Assistant Manager" failed to return emails. World class pastries and cakes. Wonderful decor and vibe. Benny and family are warm, friendly and cater to all your desert and special occasion needs. A must stop, for anyone who wants the best tasting treats on the island. Buttercooky is simply the best!
Always amazing! Well worth the long lines. Service is always excellent.
