Amazing. They did an awesome superhero cake for my wedding. Classic white flowers cascading down the front and four of our favorite super heroes for the four layers on the back. Awesome.
Poor customer service. We went yesterday morning. The place was not busy at all, no lines, probably only two other customers besides my family. We felt very rushed even though they saw we were still looking around, checking out what we would like to order. We ordered a different eclairs and a whole tiramisu cake. We had a big order, but since they were in a rush taking our orders, instead of giving us a whole tiramisu cake, they gave us a slice. They were kind of rude too. I have been to a few bakery’s however this bakery is my number 1 for sure ! The staff is always so helpful the cookies and cakes are delicious !! The strawberry cheesecake is to die for omg I still have the taste in my mouth lol. We just placed our order for our wedding cake and I know it’s going to look and taste amazing ! Just 21 Days left until we enjoy our cake made by our favorite bakery ❤️❤️❤️
Terrible service. They are unprofessional and rude. My husband and I stood in the bakery for 15 minutes and then told there was one line. The store does not have any signs to denote a line. I did not purchase anything and will not be back. There are many other bakeries happy to give good customer service. SHAME on you.
