Use to go to this bakery all the time. Recently my wife went there to pick something up for her self and came across a piece of hair in her baked good. I understand that things happen and that we can't avoid certain things but poor and rude customer service should be one of them. They called her as a liar and said she placed it in there. They didn't take responsibility for it and avoid her when she asked for a refund. This place probably makes millions and they can even please one customer for something THEY DID!!! I went to the bakery because of its reputation and was very disappointed. I said I would be in at 1:30 to pick up my order and did not get there until 2 and the order was not even ready. I ordered 70 cake pops for my daughters nursing school graduation party and while the pops themselves tasted good the decorations on the pops were horrible, some of the pops were cracked and some had purple sparkles on them that clearly were from something else that they must have been working on. Love their cakes and pastries . I have seen a couple of people complain about customer service and I never had a bad experience with them. I always shop here for just about anything from snacks or even ordering a cake. I have to say the tres leches cake is amazing!
