Knowledgeable and friendly service. Our salesman “Slim” / Scott even came in on his day off to accommodate our request to pick up our camper a day early. The shopping, holding and the actual purchase went very smooth and I was impressed with the time service took to show us every little detail and go over everything with us. This is our first camper so we had a lot to learn. We love our ROO!!
We recently purchased a new Cherokee camper here. My husband and I did lot of research on our own and pretty much knew what we wanted going into it. Everyone we talked to was very friendly.
We purchased a used RV from here and made the mistake of believing the salesman about the condition of the RV. We were told of cosmetic issues that we were able to deal with, however they misled us about other issues. The RV is filled with black mold, it has multiple leaks, and holes in the canvas. This camper was a safety hazard to sell and I am extremely dissatisfied that any dealership would sell this RV... Dissapointed and will never shop here in the future..... Frustrating to work with when it comes to maintenance and services! I don’t think they’ve completed more than one out of three services each time the trailer is brought in. Lack communication during the process is also frustrating. Good communication during the sales process tho �
