Bought my first vehicle from here. The salesman was very nice and helped me get a vehicle that fit my budget. My interest rate is high but that's expected with in house financing. Glad I went here otherwise I don't think I would have gotten a car on my own!
My husband and I came in towards the end up October looking for a vehicle and the service was great we had our daughter with us who towards the end of the night started to get fussy. Whatever you do be prepared for harassment by Joanne Klamer Customer Care Specialist. We got a car from Ellis (Super people and cars by the way) and when I ask (e-mailing) for her to quit e-mailing me she was quite rude and I am still getting them over a month later, daily!! Even sending her e-mails back doesn't help. I am so glad we decided not to deal with them. BUTLER PRE-OWN THIS WOMAM IS BAD NEWS FOR YOUR COMPAMY AS I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE. they are piranhas. Sat at my house every month to collect my payment. went to neighbors to ask about me. after the car started to fall apart I took it to three mechanics near me and they all said it had been wrecked. I finally gave it back and they attacked me thru the credit bureaus I will never recommend them to any one. I don't believe the dozens of fantastic reviews they have. what a bunch of crooks
I bought my 05 trailblazer from these guys. I did say it was a great buy but I am now editing my review as of that I had my trailblazer for 3 months had to change both front wheel bearings brakes were making noises sense I got it. The rattle can sprayed inter finders faded with in a week. Had a miss fire from day one. And then my temperature sensor is throwing a check engine light. And what really got me is when the sent a letter saying that my vehicle was up for repossession for no insurance when I know for a fact my insura... read more
