We want to thank Sonny, from off the lot to directly the campground he has had a direct hand in making years a family memories! I had spent two years shopping around (w/ him) and he was patient kind and always extremely helpful. A great place with great service.
Great products but horrible finance department(horrible people skills and poor customer service).Would recommend finding your own financing elsewhere (it will be a LOT cheaper). Sales and Service department were very nice to deal with.
RecommendedMy family had a great experience at Butler RV Center. Scott and the crew were awesome to deal with. No BS, no attempts to up-sale or sales pitch. We told Scott what we needed, what we wanted and he delivered. We also got a hell of a deal on a great travel trailer. Price is always the bottom line and they beat every dealership in From New York to Ohio and north of VA on the camper we wanted.

The service technician spent a good amount of time going over the trailer’s setup, takedown and general operation with my wife and me. Had it not rained all day I’d call it a good day.
