Well, where do I start? I went to Butler preowned we sight where I filled out a pre-quilfied credit app and got approved for x amount of dollars. Which this got me into the store. After getting there, I was told I needed to fill out another credit app which gave me a lower amount to be approved. I felt that that was faulse advertising. Second, when going on the test drive, I was told nothing about the car, and that I had to figure it out myself. Just had my Jeep and Corvette Serviced including state inspection. Great job guys! I have been a customer for many years and have NEVER been disappointed. The Techs are very professional and courteous and Dave makes sure things run smoothly. He is in my opinion the best service professional I have ever done business with in the auto repair industry. I count him as a friend.
