*I would give Woman's and Infants 0 stars if that was an option!* had my daughter there January 10th 2018. Staff is horrendous. They are in such a rush to clock out towards the end of their shift that no one bothered to update our medical records. Therefore, my daughter had to undergo several unnecessary procedures. once they were complete, I was told the doctor who delivered wrote a sticky note but never bothered to input information into their computer system. my entire stay, I was harassed multiples times a day. My husband and I felt unheard, dismissed, belittled and bullied by the majority of the staff. It was a downright traumatic postpartum experience. There is no chance in hell we will ever go back or recommend this place to anyone. Should’ve been the happiest days of our lives and we were absolutely miserable and just wanted to go home. We can’t get that precious time back but maybe we can spare others from a horrible experience ✌🏼
This hospital could improve by listening to Black Mothers who have a risk of pregnancy-related deaths that is 3 to 4 times higher than those of white women. (CDC) On January 7, Lashonda Hazard and her baby died after not being properly evaluated. An investigation should be opened and a serious overhaul of care is needed at this facility.
RecommendedI had to listen to a nurse talk about how over populated the earth is and how few resources are left. Eugenics. The Brown center is there to diagnose children with autism when in fact these children may have disabilities caused due to botched birthing.
The waiting time is ridiculous. They’re always running behind and short staffed. If you happen to be 15-30 minutes late they’ll make you reschedule ,however you can wait up to an hour to be called

Lashonda was my cousin.. so young, so beautiful with her whole life ahead of her. Tomorrow she would have been turning 28, ready to announce to the world her amazing news ( the baby nd gender) . It's hard to go on day in and day out just knowing that she could and should still be here but because of you all, she's not . Our family and her friends are going to make sure justice is served !.
