The nurses and staff at the ER Today were fantastic! I couldn’t have had a better experience even though I would have preferred not to have been there at all lol. Christine, Denise, and Donna were all amazing! And the check in girls too! Thank you for helping us feel Comfortable and cared for. It made such a difference in a bummer circumstance. ❤️
I decided to have my baby at this hospital because of poor experiences having my first child at Kent hospital. Went on a tour of this hospital and had a meeting where they sold it to me like it was the best and most advanced hospital, and told me all these great things that they do here that will benefit both me and my child. Within the first two hours of being here as a patient in labor, my significant other and I were wishing that we just went to a different hospital. when people have a scheduled appointment they should not have been waiting an hour or more to be seen It's very frustrating when you only have one day off from work to get things done and you have to be sitting around for an hour for a scheduled appointment 😠😠😠
40 years of nursing experience I wouldn't send my dog there..
Saw a mouse after I delivered in my room and they switched my room and put another family right in there
On March 3, 2019 I presented via ambulance from Miriam hospital to women and infants due to a hydrosalpinx causing severe abdominal pain. I was later found to have torsion of the Fallopian tube which resulted in a salpingectomy. Every staff member from the emergency room to the post operative staff was nothing short of exceptional. They were so comforting and explained everything to me and my family every step of the way. I could not be more happy with the care that I received during such a scary, emotional time.
This place is a joke. Pay to park to go to emergency room and you sit in waiting room for 2 hours. This just want to screw you out of money. And you get terrible care.
My son was born there 34 years ago today
*I would give Woman's and Infants 0 stars if that was an option!* had my daughter there January 10th 2018. Staff is horrendous. They are in such a rush to clock out towards the end of their shift that no one bothered to update our medical records. Therefore, my daughter had to undergo several unnecessary procedures. once they were complete, I was told the doctor who delivered wrote a sticky note but never bothered to input information into their computer system. my entire stay, I was harassed multiples times a day. I was tol... read more
