I would never work with this company or agent. A house was up for a day and had families scheduled to see it. They decided to take down the listing and tell potential buyers that they are raising the price and not allowing the scheduled viewing to happen instead of doing a bidding war. This is a poor agent and as an agent the price listed is something that is communicated upon listing. They are money hungry and don't know what they are doing.
Great service! Does a wonderful job taking you through the buying or selling process of a home. We've done both with Butler and Faircloth and haven't been disappointed.
