This place is a real gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is excellent. But the real treat is the quality of the food and the creativity of the menu. The meat is second to none. I buy meat there to fix at home as well. They bring in whole animals, butcher, age and prepare them right in the place. Don't miss the opportunity to treat yourself to a very unique experience
Fabulous place for carnivores! The Denver Steak will have me returning very soon.
By far one of our favorite spots in Denver. Great cocktails. Incredible staff and service. Phenomenal menu. Bad Ass Butchers.
This place is ammmmaaaazing!!! Sat at the bar and had excellent service. When my wife and I realized we forgot to ask for our steak to be medium rare they replied 'that's just how it comes'. MY PEOPLE! Great ribeye, fries, and drinks. Highly recommend!!
This is my favorite restaurant ever! Not only is the food amazing but so is the staff! I would highly recommend the Butcher's Bistro to everyone. I love it!
