I dare you to go in and not eat! It smells fantastic in there and the food tastes just as good! Plus they have a delicious tiny drink called The Tiny Dancer and it tastes amazing.
The brazed beef was excellent ~ ♡ ~ my wife's pork chop was the best she had ever had! Service was great and the atmosphere was just right with the "Soul Train" music thyme.
Great place!! Best place in Denver for true, Farm-to-Fork meals. Staff is wonderful, very pleasant. They know their Meat!!
The Italian sandwich was excellent, with fresh bread, warm and toasty! I loved the addition of the olives/tampanade, too. It was a nice flavorful touch to an already good sandwich. We love the small atmosphere of Butcher's Bistro, as well, and it is our go-to place on game days...no crowds! Our server, Ashley, is super sweet and fun as well!
