No fancy New Southern pretenses here, just bona fide Dixie standbys like fried chicken, oxtails, smothered pork chops, fresh fried corn, greens, and candied yams. The marriage of soul food and Southern tradition is a happy one, and it comes pretty cheap, too.

I went yesterday with my son I ordered ox tails so did the person behind me but I was asked to change my order while the guy behind me got his food first in got oxtails not to mention when I got home I still was charged for oxtails when I got smothered pork chops it was no need of calling back because I was over charged because nobody answered the phone �
Best soul food restaurant in Atlanta!!! Highly recommended. Staff was attentive and very welcoming. Be prepared to wait a bit. The restaurant is very busy. Small so a bit crowded. But all in all the food is worth it. I will be returning when I come back to Atlanta �
