I had wonderful experience with the service department. The person that handled my issues was over the top with customer service. The service person showed what customer service should be. I am over the top happy with my experience at Buster Miles Ford. Because of this customer service person you have earned my repeat business.

I have been trying to get our GAP insurance refund for several months now and keep getting the run around. We bought 2 vehicles and traded the car to another dealership. The bank we had car financed through told us that the refund should come from Buster Miles. I have sent a letter and email nd have called them. Vanessa sends me a letter they received from my bank saying loan was paid in full and cancelled. Nothing about my GAP insurance coverage!
We went to Buster Miles all the way from Montgomery and it was worth the trip! I made a phone call on the same day, they did reserve the car and got it without any hassle. Their customer service is superb, transactions went smooth. We loved how financial options were explained - thought it was brief yet concise, which is very productive for us. I just bought a Ford Explorer from them. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was kind and professional. I did not feel pressured they took their time answering all my questions and were patient. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy.
