Management does not uphold their part of the deal. My husband purchased a car for me last December and was promised a 2nd key. I was told in May that they would pay for a key to be made now it has been 11 months and we still don’t have a 2nd Key after numerous calls, texts and emails to the salesperson and management. Guess they only wanted to make a sale and don’t worry about customer satisfaction.
I just traded in my truck for a car. The dealership was awesome. They were patient and very helpful. Juliana was very helpful.

I shoped around for 4 months before I went to Buster Miles Ford. I got prices from 8 other delearships and none of them could match what Tommy Moore and Wayne offered me. I got the exact truck I was looking for for less than the other surrounding dealers could do on a lower equipped truck. Thank you guys for all the hard work you do and for making me and my wife feel like family.

took my vehicle there for service took my car apart and told me to take it to a muffler shop they never fixed it $300.40 in parts labor I had to install parts and told me catalytic converter was bad so I replaced and it ran 10 miles back in the shop never will I go or recommended them I have $900.00 in the car because of john and a mechanic named bean and the car is still in the shop
