I had a problem with my 2011 f350. I tried to get it fixed at 2 other dealers. One in Anniston and one in Birmingham. Both wanted to fix other things except what I had brought my truck in for. Made an appointment and took it to Buster Mikes Ford. The next day they called. My truck was ready and was covered under a extended warranty. No charge. Customer service was great. I highly recommend.

My husband took his 2020 Chevrolet Silverado for a water leak. They damaged the interior. A week after getting it back, rain comes, leak not fixed. Back it goes. Was told fixed. Get it back, more damage and still not fixed. Then when the paperwork was requested, they have no record of fixing it. Round 3, because Chevrolet said to get the damage repaired, it had to go back. I would highly recommend Buster Miles. I had been involved in an accident back at the beginning of August and my vehicle was considered totaled. While browsing online one night, I found a great deal on a used truck that was on their lot. I called the next morning and had the pleasure of talking to Tim Pruitt. This is Charles’ wife Melinda. I took my used car to sell to them based on reviews on their website. Hind sight being 20/20 I wish I had not taken my car to sell to them. Seeing the price they are advertising it for on their website, they did not give me a fair price.
The website advertises price match guarantee but from my experience the ad is false. When I brought in a competitor’s quote for a truck with the same trim/options they refused to honor their advertisement. Definitely won’t make the hour drive again just to be deceived. If you have expectations based on what you see on the website, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
