Don’t waste your time with this dealer. They list their trucks for lower prices online than they’re actually selling them for to lure people in. My husband reached out to a sales rep and was talking numbers and as he was driving 2 hours to the dealership he found out the truck was FIVE GRAND more than they listed it for.

I had wonderful experience with the service department. The person that handled my issues was over the top with customer service. The service person showed what customer service should be. I am over the top happy with my experience at Buster Miles Ford. Because of this customer service person you have earned my repeat business.

I have been trying to get our GAP insurance refund for several months now and keep getting the run around. We bought 2 vehicles and traded the car to another dealership. The bank we had car financed through told us that the refund should come from Buster Miles. I have sent a letter and email nd have called them. Vanessa sends me a letter they received from my bank saying loan was paid in full and cancelled. Nothing about my GAP insurance coverage!
