My husband took his 2020 Chevrolet Silverado for a water leak. They damaged the interior. A week after getting it back, rain comes, leak not fixed. Back it goes. Was told fixed. Get it back, more damage and still not fixed. Then when the paperwork was requested, they have no record of fixing it. Round 3, because Chevrolet said to get the damage repaired, it had to go back. I would highly recommend Buster Miles. I had been involved in an accident back at the beginning of August and my vehicle was considered totaled. While browsing online one night, I found a great deal on a used truck that was on their lot. I called the next morning and had the pleasure of talking to Tim Pruitt. This is Charles’ wife Melinda. I took my used car to sell to them based on reviews on their website. Hind sight being 20/20 I wish I had not taken my car to sell to them. Seeing the price they are advertising it for on their website, they did not give me a fair price.
The website advertises price match guarantee but from my experience the ad is false. When I brought in a competitor’s quote for a truck with the same trim/options they refused to honor their advertisement. Definitely won’t make the hour drive again just to be deceived. If you have expectations based on what you see on the website, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
I hadn’t bought a vehicle in 10 years. I drive over 2 hours from Georgia. I had the absolutely BEST experience. They really treat you like family! Five stars! 10 out of 10!

Last Saturday I went to Buster Miles Ford Dealership and purchased a new Expedition Limited. I normally get a new car every 3 or 4 years and have dealt with many dealerships. They gave me more than the payoff on my trade-in and had a special price on the new vehicle. I was happy with the deal we reached and was thrilled when they did the financing they found another $5,000 rebate for me.
