Absolutely horrible business! I called yesterday about a CRV for my wife for Christmas! The salesman Mickey said he’d call me back this morning and we’d get the ball rolling! Called all day today with no success on getting a hold of the salesman! Only to find out the car was sold at 4o’clock! I don’t recommend this place because integrity doesn’t exist here!!! Went up there today preapproved by my bank for a certain amount and they would not sell me a car over $675!!! 10/10 do not recommend if you are trying to get a used car!

Management does not uphold their part of the deal. My husband purchased a car for me last December and was promised a 2nd key. I was told in May that they would pay for a key to be made now it has been 11 months and we still don’t have a 2nd Key after numerous calls, texts and emails to the salesperson and management. Guess they only wanted to make a sale and don’t worry about customer satisfaction.
