Excellent Novocain wore off and no problems! All four quadrants in one day!
Had 1st appointment today..everyone, from the hygenist, Dr. and office staff, was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, informative and helpful. It was the best 1st visit I've ever had at a dental office! The building is new and very pretty, and even though it was just my 1st appointment, I know that I would feel comfortable recommending this dental office already to friends and family!
I appreciate the professionalism and warm welcome from the staff and doctor. I appreciate Dr. McAnley explained what he was doing each step. This made me more comfortable even though I was nervous. I have a sinus problem and they were very considerate of this condition while working in my mouth. Thank you!
Emily and Dr Novak have a very personal touch! They care about my dental care and needs! They take the time for me!!!
This was an annual cleaning, so nothing too elaborate was conducted. As usual, my appointment time was kept and I was taken in for service within minutes of my arrival. Emily (who was a new clinician for me) was very good. She took the time to explain to me the procedure in detail. She went over my past problems, and was sure to explain how I could best achieve my goals. The doctor (Dr. Novak) was also very prompt. very good experience with my hygenist (Cynthia?)and of course great info re: my teeth and how they are progressing re: plaque buildup and pocket recovery.
I am very pleased with Bushnell Family Dentistry. They are kind and inform you of every step of the procedure they are doing and gentle. I would recommend to family and friends.
