I was very happy with my experience in your office today. I was expecting a little patch work to repair my broken bonding. I am extremely pleased with how great it looks.
This is the first time I have rated this dentist office under a 5. The care was sufficient and I am satisfied; however, I had been used to excellent customer sevice by everyone on Dr. Novak's team, including the front office. Everyone in the office is friendly, knows my name, and presents with respect to each other and the clients. The girl who "delivered" the onlays was bossy to her co-workers, ordering them around without ever saying please or thank you. I am on the "white for life plan" and asked for some whitner. I was so impressed with the look of the place until I met the staff and then became blown away! I would highly recommend you to anyone. A nicer group of Ladies would be hard to find!
Yesterday had 3 crowns done. As far as going to have dental work, I'm sooo glad that you kept me pain free. Today it's a little sore but that's to be expected. Overall it was a good experience.
Our family has been very pleased with how friendly, effective, competent and professional everyone in this practice has been. We drive over 26 miles to maintain our relationship as patients. Very pleased!

From the time you enter the office until you leave every need is taken in to consideration. This dentist office is like going to visit a family member. You feel right at home and at ease even though the procedure you are facing may be unpleasant Everyone in this office cares about you and goes out of their way to help in anyway that they can. I had what only I would deem a dental emergency--I didn't have pain, but a temporary crown just "fell out" of a front tooth -- I thought I wouldn't smile again!--Of course it was a Friday at 6PM--I called anyway, and Dr. McAnley was on call. He arranged to meet me at the office -- I left there smiling again! Thank you so much for solving "my" dental emergency!
