Very personable and friendly staff. Very thorough.
Awesome experience. No pain, not even when he gave me the anesthetic!!! Dr. Mc Anley is wonderful and takes his time with you. Julie was very sweet and helped to make me less nervous. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable. Never had an enjoyable experience at the dentist before. Can't say enough and will reccommend to all my friends. Maybe next time I will be able to sleep before my appt. Got my permanent crown the same day and it feels great!!!
I have to say that my visit was excellent. They were running a little behind, but that is to be expected any time you go to a doctor or dentist. Dana was very willing to work with me regarding the financial end of my visit. The assistants were wonderful, very pleasant and worked very well with Dr. Ahmed. Dr. Ahmed was fantastic, making my front teeth look better than they ever have (I had two discolored fillings that needed to be replaced on each side on my two front teeth and he evened out a front tooth for me). Was treated by Dr. James and staff with professionally and kindness.
Very thorough for a first visit. Not high pressure to have work done that isn't necessary like some dentists offices are. Seems like they care more about the patient than the money. Darlene was very pleasant and answered all my questions. She was great while cleaning my teeth and very patient with me. I liked Dr. McAnley very much and he helped to make me feel less nervous. Hi, Last wed I had work done for a crown and onlay! Over the weekend , my gums became very irritated and painful! This AM it was worse so I stopped at the office while running errands! I was told Dr Novak was too busy to look at my prepaid mouth! Is this normal to turn away patients away w/ pain! She asked if I could return tomorrow! If I didn't have to come back for my crown and onlay I would already have a new dentist! Carrie Grose
