I cannot express how pleased I am with the service and care that I have recieved in only two visits. When I began I had this really ugly black tooth right in the front,that I had neglected to have fixed for years; I would cover my mouth when I spoke and never showed my teeth when I smiled. I expected to spend 5 or 6 visits before I could smile again, but after only two visits I can't stop smileing. Thank you sooooo much.

During previous visits I always felt pressured into having work done on my teeth even though we couldn't afford it. I would get upset and decide because of that pressure to take my business back to Michigan instead. This time was very relaxing, the gal that cleaned my teeth was very helpful in explaining where I needed to floss and brush better, Dr. McCanly was very pleasant and I left happier. Thank you.

I was impressed with the quality of professionalism and the service rendered at my first evaluation appointment. Everything is explained clearly and you are given step-by-step financial informaiton. The decision of what to have done, and what timeline is up to you on consult with your dentist. Being a new office to this area it was expected there would be some confusion about my insurance deductable at the front desk, but it was clearned up quickly. Over all, I'm very happy with being a patient of Dr. Novak.
